Role Overview

You shall promote holistic wellness programs, residential stay packages and therapeutic treatments. You shall also drive room occupancy, generate and convert leads via digital and walk-in channels, build corporate wellness tie-ups, and manage brand outreach highlighting natural lifestyle disease management.

Key Responsibilities

· Drive footfall, promote residential healing retreats, and grow brand presence.

· Promote and sell residential stay packages, detox programs,



and individual naturopathy therapies.

· Handle inbound inquiries, walk-ins, and digital leads to maximize conversion rates.

· Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns focused on holistic health.

· Collaborate with social media and SEO teams to boost online visibility and educational content.

· Organize health camps, wellness seminars, and promotional events.

· Build corporate wellness partnerships and referral networks with medical practitioners.

· Establish tie-ups with corporate firms, insurance desks, and local associations.

· Conduct post-stay follow-ups to drive repeat bookings.

· Gather guest testimonials for digital marketing use.

· Resolve guest grievances regarding booking and pricing.

· Maintain CRM data, track lead pipelines, and prepare performance reports.

· Ensure smooth coordination with the operations and medical/therapist teams for guest satisfaction.
