1. Acquire New Channel Partners — Build the Pipeline
- Map and prioritize the CP universe across NCR (and select Tier-1 cities where relevant) by geography, project fit, and HNI reach — then work the list systematically.
- Onboard new CPs every month through direct outreach, industry events, broker associations, and referrals — with signed agreements and first-booking timelines.
- Run CP roadshows, project site visits, and preview events that convert cold firms into active sellers.
- Negotiate commercial terms, incentives, and exclusivity where it makes sense — and document every agreement cleanly.
2. Train & Enable CP Sales Teams — Make Them Sell Like Us
- Build a structured CP training program — pitch, objection-handling, project walkthroughs, documentation, RERA basics — and run it for every new partner's sales team.
- Keep CP teams updated on inventory, price revisions, scheme changes, and upcoming launches so they always quote the right numbers.
- Partner with the marketing team to arm CPs with pitch decks, brochures, virtual tours, and competitorpositioning one-pagers.
- Own the CP communication cadence — weekly calls, monthly reviews — so no productive partner goes cold.
3. Hit Revenue Targets, Retain Partners, Expand the Network
- Own the monthly and quarterly booking target coming through the CP channel — broken down by partner and by month — and deliver on it.
- Track every partner's funnel (leads → site visits → bookings → closures) in our CRM and intervene early when numbers start slipping.
- Build a CP retention playbook — timely payouts, grievance resolution, recognition, top-performer tiers — so your best partners don't drift to competitors.
- Expand productive CPs into current projects and cities.
- Hire, lead, and grow the internal CP-acquisition team — set targets, review performance, coach people into the next level.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We care about how you think.
- Channel-network instinct: You've personally acquired and run an active CP base — and can name the last ten partners you onboarded and what each one produced.
- Revenue operator: You think in funnels, conversion rates, and target-vs-actual. 'We're working on it' isn't a status you accept — from yourself or your team.
- Trainer and enabler: You can walk a broker's sales team through a new project in half a day and have them doing serious site visits by the following week.
- NCR market fluency: You know the broker community in NCR — which firms are active, who's ethical, who to avoid.
- Team builder: You've managed a team of 5+ and grown at least one report into a junior leader. You hire, coach, and hold the bar high.
Nice to Have:
- Existing personal CP network in NCR you can activate in the first 30 days
- Experience in commercial real estate (offices, retail, mixed-use) — not only residential
- Exposure to CRM-based performance tracking and channel-analytics tools
- Graduate in any discipline — we care more about your track record than your transcript
