Position: Sales Manager

Location: Bhubaneswar

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive room sales, banquet bookings, and corporate tie-ups
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporates, and event planners
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for promotions and campaigns
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry
- Robust communication and negotiation skills




- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of OTA platforms and corporate sales is an advantage
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive mindset
