Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the showroom sales team and daily floor activities.

- Allocate customers and sales responsibilities among team members.

- Monitor individual and team sales performance and ensure targets are achieved.

- Attend to customers, understand their requirements, and support the team in closing sales.

- Ensure proper display and presentation of jewellery products on the showroom floor.

- Maintain high standards of customer service and showroom discipline.

- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.

- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and performance.

- Conduct regular team briefings and motivate staff to improve sales performance.

- Coordinate with the cashier, billing, inventory, and management teams.

- Ensure proper handling and security of jewellery products as per company procedures.





- Maintain daily sales reports and provide performance updates to management.

- Follow up with customers and encourage repeat business and referrals.

- Ensure showroom cleanliness, product presentation, and overall floor readiness.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
