Role & Responsibilities

- Coordinate with customers and the Sales Team for enquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.

- Prepare quotations and sales-related documents as per approved pricing and company guidelines.

- Process and track customer orders from enquiry to dispatch.

- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Stores, Dispatch, Production, and Quality teams for timely order execution.

- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, orders, customer details, and follow-ups.

- Update sales transactions and customer information in ERP systems.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS and reports.

- Coordinate with Stores and Dispatch regarding product availability and delivery schedules.

- Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and customer requirements.

- Handle routine customer queries and ensure timely resolution or escalation.

- Coordinate and track customer complaints with the concerned departments.

- Provide administrative and documentation support to the Sales Team.

Preferred Candidate Profile





- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a degree/diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field will be preferred.

- 25 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Administration, Order Processing, Customer Service, or Sales Support.

- Candidates from industrial manufacturing, engineering products, rubber/polymer, auto components, machinery, electrical equipment, or other B2B industries will be preferred.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Experience in working with ERP/CRM systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central will be an added advantage.

- Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.

- Valuable attention to detail and accuracy in quotations, orders, documentation, and MIS.

- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage deadlines.

- Candidates with experience in B2B sales support/order management will be preferred.
