ABOUT THE ROLE

Kata Travels Private Limited is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team in Recent Delhi.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales, excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, and a genuine interest in the travel and tourism industry.

This is an in office position, and candidates should ideally be located within a convenient commuting distance of Metro Dashrathpuri, Dwarka, Current Delhi.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
- Handle prospective and existing customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel products and services.
- Follow up with leads and enquiries and convert opportunities into sales.
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process.
- Prepare and share quotations and other sales-related information.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth fulfilment of bookings and customer requirements.
- Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain a professional relationship with clients and business partners.

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 2 years of proven professional experience in sales.




- Strong working proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Candidates should be within a commutable distance of Metro Dashrathpuri, Dwarka, New Delhi.
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Tourism / Travel or BBA.
- Fair knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working towards sales targets.
- Prior experience in the travel, tourism, hospitality or related service industry will be an advantage.
