Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Sales Manager / Assistant Manager / Sales Engineer. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and promoting EUCHNER’s safety and automation solutions to industrial clients.

The professional will conduct product presentations and demonstrations, prepare and negotiate quotations and contracts, and provide technical support during the sales process. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal engineering and support teams,



tracking market trends and competitor activity, and maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts. The role also requires regular customer visits, participation in trade shows or industry events, and adherence to company policies and ethical sales practices.

Qualifications

- Strong technical sales capabilities, including solution selling, customer needs analysis, and technical product demonstrations in industrial or automation environments.
- Experience in account management, business development, and relationship-building with OEMs, system integrators, and end users.
- Knowledge of industrial safety engineering, machine safety standards, and automation systems or components.
- Ability to prepare and negotiate commercial offers, manage pricing discussions, and support contract finalization.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; additional local language skills are an advantage.
- Robust analytical and organizational skills, including CRM usage, reporting, and sales forecasting.
- Comfort with frequent customer visits and travel within the region as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation) or a related technical field.
- Relevant experience in industrial automation, safety components, or similar technical product sales is required.
