We are hiring enthusiastic and confident Sales Executive for our education & coaching institute in Vadodara. You will guide learners — students, working professionals, and freelancers — toward the right courses to upskill, switch careers, or grow. Freshers are welcome. Fixed salary attractive per-admission incentives, with a clear path to a permanent role for robust performers.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Counsel walk-in and prospective learners about our courses and recommend the right program for their goals.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with leads.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions and enrolments.
- Maintain and update the lead database (CRM) and meet monthly enrolment targets.
- Build long-term learner relationships for referrals and assist with seminars, webinars, and demo/counselling sessions (online & offline).
