- Develop and maintain relationships with builders, developers, contractors, architects, consultants and dealers.
- Visit construction sites and understand project requirements.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into orders.
- Follow up on quotations, negotiations, orders and payments.
- Maintain daily visit reports, sales pipeline and customer database.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
Candidate Requirements -
- 1 to 5 years of experience in Building Materials / Construction / Construction Chemicals / Architectural Products / Steel / Cement / Tiles / Waterproofing / Hardware.
- Strong network with builders, contractors, architects and dealers will be an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Robust sales and target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Pune.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
