Role Summary:

- As a Sales Engineer, you’ll own the full sales cycle for our Laboratory Instruments/ Analytical Instruments sample preparation and furnace product lines within an assigned territory — combining technical consultation with commercial closing. You’ll work directly with lab managers, QC heads, R&D; teams and procurement decision-makers to understand their application needs and recommend the right equipment, while building and managing channel partners in your region.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, develop and close recent business opportunities across our key segments — Cement, Minerals, Steel, Pharma & Life Science, Universities, CSIR Labs, IITs and other research institutions.
- Understand each customer’s technical and application requirements and recommend the appropriate equipment from our sample prep and furnace ranges.
- Prepare technical-commercial proposals, quotations and tender/EMD responses, and negotiate to closure.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and customer site visits.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and pipeline goals.
- Build,



manage and grow distributor, channel-partner and OEM relationships in the territory.
- Maintain accurate lead, opportunity and activity records in the company CRM.
- Manage inbound enquiries (including online marketplace and web leads) and convert them into orders.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions and industry events.

Job Requirements :

- 1-15 years of experience in sales or engineering management within the analytical instrument industry.
- Strong understanding of lab instruments
- Proven track record of success in business development through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.
