- To attend to customers calls
- Check & send correspondences
- Send quotations
- Follow-up for orders
- Maintain all customer data in ERP /CRM like contact details
- Orders received
- Customer communications etc. Coordination between clients and production as and when required for dispatches or sometimes service issues. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Making calls to clients for product information
- Database management
