Role Description

This full-time, in office Sales Consultant role at ALMISAN BUSINESS SERVICES COMPANY.

The Sales

Consultant will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their business needs, present suitable service solutions, and support them through the decision-making process. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting sales meetings and product/service demonstrations, preparing proposals and quotations, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in sales systems or CRM tools. The role involves building long-term relationships, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services, and monitoring customer satisfaction to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

The Sales

Consultant is also expected to meet defined sales targets, provide feedback on market trends, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales Consulting skills,



with the ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate business service solutions.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to present ideas clearly, negotiate effectively, and build trust.
- Consulting capabilities, such as problem-solving, analytical thinking, and providing practical recommendations to clients.
- Prior experience in sales or business services, preferably in a consulting or advisory environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Uttar Pradesh, India, collaborate with diverse teams, and manage time effectively.
- Comfort using basic digital tools (e.g., CRM software, spreadsheets, presentation tools) to track activities and prepare reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
