Role Description: The Sales and Marketing Intern role at Half Scale is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The intern will support daily sales activities, including engaging with customers in-store, presenting product features, and assisting with order processing and follow-ups.

They will help execute marketing initiatives such as promoting new collections, coordinating local campaigns, gathering customer feedback, and contributing ideas for social media and brand visibility. The role includes maintaining high standards of customer service, learning and communicating product details, and supporting the sales team with basic reporting and documentation. The intern will collaborate with team members across sales and marketing to ensure a consistent, luxury brand experience.

Qualifications:





- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally and respectfully with diverse customers.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills and an interest in Sales Management, including learning to meet targets and support sales strategies.
- Candidates should possess a willingness to learn and contribute to Training activities, such as product knowledge sessions and internal process improvements.
- Additional beneficial skills include basic marketing awareness, familiarity with social media platforms, and an interest in fashion or luxury retail.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Chennai, demonstrate reliability
