Role & responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer enquiries and follow up with leads over phone and WhatsApp.

- Explain products, pricing, offers and basic product features to customers.

- Convert enquiries into orders and maintain regular follow-ups until closure.

- Coordinate with customers for payment, documentation and order confirmation.

- Plan and coordinate daily dispatches with production, transporters and customers.

- Prepare invoices, e-way bills, LR and other dispatch-related documents.

- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers.

- Maintain dispatch, stock and pending-order records.

- Handle purchasing of raw materials, components, consumables and other production requirements.

- Get quotations from multiple vendors, negotiate rates and place purchase orders.

- Follow up with suppliers to ensure materials arrive on time and production is not affected.

- Maintain vendor records, purchase rates, outstanding orders and inventory requirements.

- Coordinate between sales, purchase, production, accounts and dispatch.

- Take ownership of day-to-day operations and report pending issues to management.

- For experienced candidates,



supervise telesales/dispatch staff and ensure daily targets are achieved.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate/Diploma in any relevant field; technical background is an advantage.

- 2-5 years of experience in telesales, purchase, dispatch, stores or manufacturing operations preferred.

- Strong communication skills in Marathi and Hindi; basic English required.

- Positive negotiation and vendor-management skills.

- Comfortable speaking with customers and handling sales follow-ups.

- Knowledge of invoices, e-way bills, transport documentation and dispatch process preferred.

- Good working knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp, email and basic computer applications.

- Experience in manufacturing, agricultural machinery, automobile or engineering industry is preferred.

- Should be proactive, responsible and capable of handling multiple responsibilities independently.

- Candidates from Baramati or nearby areas preferred.

- Manager-level candidates should have team-handling experience and strong ownership of sales follow-up, purchase and dispatch operations.
