Job Position: Sales Executive

Reporting to: VP Sales & Marketing & AGM

Department: BDM Location: Andheri(Mumbai HO)

Must Requirements in Job role (Knowledge/Experience/Qualification/Salary)

- Last 1-2 year working in business development of API for Domestic market

- Knowledge of API market, price variations, competitor’s positioning, expected growth for product segment etc

- Currently or have worked in past with API manufacturing organization

- Knowledge of West/North/South regions.

- Positive in English written and verbal communication. Pleasing personality with professional BD outlook.

- Able to work in uncertain/unstructured environment with Plan B/C working

- Must be ready to travel around 10 to 15 days in a month within India

- Total Experience : 2 to 3 Yrs





- Qualification : BSc / BCom/ Graduate + MBA

Threshold Requirement in the Job role (additional but not mandatory)

- Qualification : B. Pharma / Engineering

- Can speak/understand local language of the region

Expected Output (Quantitative/Qualitative) from the role in current or next 1 year

- Sales Revenue of 1 to 2 Cr in FY 26 – 27 and 3 to 5 Cr in FY 27 -28

- Addition of at least 6 to 7 term sheets finalization.

- NBD from new/existing products of around 1 to 2 Cr by FY 26 -27

- 15 to 20 % profitability coming from respective Sales revenue
