Experience

- Associate: 6-10 years
- Senior Associate: 8-14 years

Prior experience in Manufacturing Industry is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and execute Record to Report (RTR) activities.
- Handle Intercompany accounting and reconciliation processes.
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports for management review.
- Support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) activities.
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure timely closure of books.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong exposure to Finance RTR and FP&A; processes.
- Hands-on experience in:

- Intercompany Accounting
- Hyperion
- MIS Reporting
- Account Reconciliations

• Mandatory experience in SAP ERP.

- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to work in US Shift.
