- Achieve regional sales targets and ensure revenue growth.

- Manage and lead a team of Area Sales Managers / Medical Representatives.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the critical care portfolio.

- Strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), intensivists, anesthetists, and hospital purchase departments.

- Identify current business opportunities in government and corporate hospitals.

- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

- Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews with the team.

- Ensure proper implementation of company policies and compliance.

- Drive product launches and promotional campaigns in the region.

- Maintain control over secondary sales, stock management, and collections
