To partner with us in this exciting journey and unlock new values for the business, we are looking for passionate professionals for the position of Room Incharge/Technical Incharge - Potline, Vedanta Aluminium Metal Limited.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day potroom operations to ensure stable pot health, efficient performance, and strict adherence to SOPs and best-in-class operating practices.
- Monitor and control critical process parameters, including bath chemistry, temperature, alumina feeding, voltage, and anode-cathode distance, while minimizing anode effects and process deviations.
- Achieve targeted metal production, current efficiency, productivity,



and quality KPIs by monitoring daily performance and implementing corrective actions to eliminate operational losses.
- Optimize specific energy consumption, raw material utilization, anode-changing cycles, bath balance, butt handling, bath recovery, and recycling practices.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure the availability and reliability of EOT cranes, feeders, rectifiers, and auxiliary systems, including timely resolution of breakdowns and abnormalities.
- Lead responses to pot failures, power disturbances, process abnormalities, and emergencies while collaborating with process, carbon, power, safety, logistics, and other functions to ensure uninterrupted production flow

Education Qualification | Work-Ex| Desired Attributes

- B.E/ B. Tech. in Metallurgy/ Chemical/ Production or in related field.
- 14+ years of relevant experience in Aluminium Pot line operations.
- Minimum 60% marks in Class 10, Class 12, and Graduation.
- A maximum gap of one year is allowed either between Class 12 and Graduation or between Graduation and Post-Graduation.
