Key Responsibilities:

Product Development:

- Lead end-to-end formulation development for home insecticide products (aerosols, coils, vaporizers, sprays, etc.).
- Optimize formulations for efficacy, stability, safety, cost, and regulatory compliance. o Drive rapid prototyping and product iterations based on consumer insights and lab findings.

Active Ingredient Research:

- Explore and evaluate new actives and synergists for insect control (natural, synthetic,



or biotech based).
- Conduct lab-scale and field efficacy testing, including collaboration with entomology experts.
- Develop IP-competitive and differentiated solutions.

Regulatory & Compliance:

- Ensure products meet regulatory standards and guidelines (local and global).
- Prepare technical documentation and coordinate with regulatory teams for submissions.

Project Management:

- Manage multiple product development projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, packaging, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing.

External Collaboration:

- Liaise with external research institutes, universities, suppliers, and testing labs for new technology scouting and validation.

Education and Experience:

- M.Sc. / M.Tech / Ph.D. in Chemistry, Entomology, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in exploratory research in the field of Household Insecticides category.

Key Skills:

- Proven track record in R&D; for insecticides, preferably in home care/FMCG space.
- Deep understanding of formulation chemistry, active delivery systems, and insect behavior.
- Familiarity with bioassay protocols, analytical methods, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
