Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our team in Warangal. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to support their goals.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and nurture solid, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients.

Proactively identify client needs and offer appropriate financial products and services.

Conduct regular client meetings to review their financial situation, assess evolving needs, and provide expert advice.

Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, operations) to deliver comprehensive solutions and exceptional client service.

Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.

Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).





Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity reports.

- Adhere to all regulatory compliance requirements and internal policies.

Job Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience (3+ years) in a client-facing relationship management role, preferably within the financial services industry.

Strong understanding of financial products and services, including investments, loans, and insurance.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

Results-oriented with a strong sales and customer service acumen.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Fluency in English and Telugu is essential.

Knowledge of the Warangal market and local clientele is a significant advantage.
