Regional SCM Coordinator

Salary - 2.5 LPA to 4 LPA

We are looking for an experienced Regional SCM Coordinator to manage reverse logistics and recovery of churn/returned telecom devices. The role involves coordinating with regional SCM teams, third-party logistics agencies, and riders to ensure faster device pickups and effective recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with regional SCM teams and external agencies for device recovery.
- Drive faster pickup of devices pending with customers and reduce TAT.
- Track returned/churn devices and recovery status.
- Manage and monitor third-party logistics agencies and rider performance.
- Analyze recovery data and prepare MIS reports using Advanced Excel.
- Identify delays, resolve operational issues,



and improve recovery processes.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure process compliance.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Reverse Logistics, or Device Recovery.
- Experience with telecom/electronics returns or churn device recovery preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Good communication, coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing third-party logistics agencies is preferred.
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
