MGrow focuses on helping professionals upskill and stay competitive in emerging domains, including electric vehicles (EV) and artificial intelligence (AI).
The workplace is collaborative and growth-oriented, with a strong emphasis on real-world application and career advancement.
MGrow is a skill development and training organisation building India's workforce for the EV (Electric Vehicle) and AI (Artificial Intelligence) economy. With 39,000+ students trained and 900+ professionals upskilled, MGrow runs industry-aligned, job-oriented programs through a franchisee network, in association with partners such as Vehicle Care, Castrol, Bosch, Eka Mobility, the Skill Council for Green Jobs, and NASSCOM (for AI certification).
Role Description
MGrow is looking for a Regional Manager – Offline Student Acquisition to own and drive student admissions into EV and AI training programs across its franchisee centres, purely through offline/on-ground channels. This is a field-heavy, target-driven role responsible for building local visibility, generating walk-in footfall, and converting on-ground activity into enrolled students at each centre — without relying on digital/paid-media leads.
The ideal candidate has deep, hands-on experience in offline student mobilisation (canopies, institute tie-ups, job fairs, community outreach, referral networks)
and has led multi-location or multi-centre enrollment teams to target.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in offline/field sales, student admissions, education/skilling sales, or franchise-based enrollment generation — preferably within vocational training, EV/automotive training, or IT/AI skilling.
- Proven track record of planning and executing offline/BTL campaigns (canopies, institute tie-ups, community outreach) that delivered measurable enrollment/admission numbers.
- Experience managing and leading a field team of counsellors/BD executives across multiple locations or centres.
- Strong existing network with ITIs, polytechnics, colleges, and local community influencers.
- Comfortable with target-driven, KPI-tracked performance and regular MIS reporting.
- Willingness to travel extensively across franchisee centres (frequent outstation travel expected).
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- Fluent in Hindi and English; working knowledge of a regional language is a plus for Tier 2/3 city coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Offline Channel Strategy & Execution – Plan and execute on-ground student acquisition activities for each franchisee centre: canopy placements, door-to-door and area mobilisation, local flex/banner drives,
community and society outreach, and word-of-mouth/referral programs.
- Institutional Tie-Ups – Build and manage relationships with ITIs, polytechnics, degree colleges, job fairs, and local placement cells to run awareness sessions and generate qualified footfall for EV and AI programs.
- Franchisee Centre Enablement – Train, support, and audit franchisee-level counsellors/BD executives on offline lead generation techniques, local market mapping, and conversion best practices.
- Target & Funnel Ownership – Own the monthly/quarterly student enrollment number per centre and per region, tracking the full offline funnel from footfall/enquiry to admission.
- Team Management – Recruit, train, and manage a field team of on-ground executives/counsellors across multiple franchisee locations; set individual and centre-wise targets.
- Budget Management – Plan and manage the offline/BTL activity budget per centre (canopies, printing, local events, incentives) to maximise cost-per-admission efficiency.
- Local Market Intelligence – Track competitor activity (other skilling institutes, EV/AI training providers) in each catchment area and adjust offline strategy accordingly.
- Reporting & CRM Discipline – Maintain accurate MIS on footfall, enquiries, conversions, and centre-wise performance; report weekly/monthly to leadership.
- Cross-Functional Coordination – Work with the digital marketing team to ensure a seamless offline-digital funnel (e.g., handoff of walk-in leads into CRM, coordinated local campaigns around digital pushes).
