We have an urgent opening for the position of Regional Manager for a reputed Manufacturing Industry for Jaipur and Kolkata locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generating Revenue by creating regional sales plans
- Building and maintaining customer relationships (Distributor management)
- Develop and execute successful sales campaigns
- Product promotion
- Training & development of talent
- Retention of Talent
- Suggest new services/products and cutting-edge sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction

Eligibility:

- Qualification - Graduate/MBA Marketing regular
- Experience – Minimum 10+ Years
- Age – Not more than 40
- Current Team size - At least 6 members (On roll)
- Language – Proficient in English Communication
- Having at least 8 to 12 distributors
- Average Minimum Business Volume – 3 to 5 Cr / month
- Having work experience in Distribution Sales Model/ Channel Sales
- He will look after the whole Rajasthan & Gujarat/ Eastern Part
