Role Overview

Creo Homes is looking for an experienced LinkedIn Recruiting Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience, particularly in LinkedIn sourcing, headhunting, and candidate engagement.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently identifying, approaching, screening, and building relationships with high-quality active and passive candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and professional networks.

Use advanced LinkedIn searches and Boolean search techniques.

Proactively identify and headhunt suitable passive candidates.

Send personalized recruitment messages and manage candidate conversations.

Conduct initial screening and evaluate experience, skills, communication, salary expectations, and notice period.

Build and maintain a strong, continuously updated talent pipeline.

Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.

Follow up with candidates from initial contact through offer and joining.

Maintain recruitment MIS and track sourcing, interviews, offers, and joining.

Research competitor organizations to identify potential talent.

Develop sourcing strategies to improve quality of hire and reduce time-to-hire.

Recruit across Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Project Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Operations.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 3 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience is mandatory.

Robust hands-on experience in LinkedIn sourcing and headhunting.

Experience approaching and converting passive candidates.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Excellent follow-up and relationship-building abilities.

Ability to independently handle multiple vacancies.

Target-driven with a strong sense of ownership.

Experience recruiting for architecture, construction, interior design,



or real estate companies will be a strong advantage.
