Role Description This is a full-time remote role for Recruiters at Al Fahad Enterprises, with an immediate joining requirement, a salary of 8,000, and a 3-month probation period. The Recruiters will manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates through online platforms, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds.

They will maintain candidate databases, schedule and follow up on interviews, and ensure explicit communication with applicants throughout the hiring cycle. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to understand position requirements, preparing job postings, and supporting onboarding activities for selected candidates.



Recruiters are expected to meet hiring timelines, maintain accurate records, and uphold fair, unbiased recruitment practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Candidates should possess solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build professional relationships and interact effectively with diverse candidates.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple openings, maintain records, and meet hiring deadlines.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy and proficiency with online job portals, spreadsheets, email, and video-conferencing tools.
- Relevant experience in recruitment, HR, or staffing (agency or in-house) is beneficial.
- Understanding of fair hiring practices and the ability to maintain confidentiality of candidate information is important.
- A minimum of a high school diploma is required; a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting targets.
