Proponcall (POC) is hiring for Team Lead (Real Estate), who can plan and execute the sales.

Roles And Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking

- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term collaboration

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets

- Manage and lead the sales team

- Calling and generating leads from the data provided

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions

Qualifications and Skills

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues

- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term partnerships

- Prior experience or knowledge in business development or sales

- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

- Proactive and self-motivated attitude to achieve and exceed targets

- Graduates/Post Graduates.

- Minimum 4 - 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
