Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive – Real Estate

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting residential and commercial projects, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate current leads through field visits, calls, online platforms, and referrals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide detailed information about ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Conduct site visits and property showings for prospective buyers.
- Follow up with potential clients to close sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, client interactions, and sales conversions.
- Assist in organizing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to implement digital and offline marketing strategies.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.

Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate (Any stream).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing (real estate experience preferred).
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, social media marketing).
- Own two-wheeler preferred for field visits.
