ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a passionate R&D; Engineer to drive innovation, develop recent products, improve existing designs, and support our vision of delivering world-class medical components.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design and develop new products and components
- Conduct research, feasibility studies and testing
- Improve existing products for performance, reliability and cost-effectiveness
- Prepare technical documentation and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams from design to production

QUALIFICATIONS
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Biomedical / Materials or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in R&D; / Product Development (Fresher’s with strong academic projects may also apply)
- Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks / AutoCAD / Creo etc.)
- Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes & testing methods
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

Pay: ₹414,392.54 - ₹1,691,900.19 per year
