Job Title: Program Management

Location: R&D; centre, Pashamylaram, Sangareddy District, Telangana

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced R&D; Program Management professional with proven experience across API, Finished Dosage Form (FDF), and CDMO/CMO operations. The role involves end-to-end ownership of customer programs, strong cross-functional coordination, and timely execution from development through commercialization, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and define project goals, scope, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
2. Hands-on experience in CDMO/CMO project or program management.
3. Understanding of global regulatory expectations (USFDA, EMA, etc.)
4. Create comprehensive project plans and a explicit alignment with the stakeholders.
5. Lead and coordinate project team members and resources to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met.

Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
7. Communicate proactively the status, issues, and risks involved in the project to all stakeholders.
8. Manage budgeting and forecasting, ensuring projects are completed on time in full.
9. Identify and minimize project risks throughout its life cycle.
10. Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Qualifications:

1. M.Sc. / M. Pharm / PhD / B. Pharm / Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
2. 2-5 years of experience in Pharma R&D; / CDMO / CMO (API & FDF).
3. Project management certification (PMP/Prince2) is an added advantage.

Skills:

1. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
2. Strong techno-commercial knowledge (technical + business understanding)
3. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint (Must be Computer savvy).
4. Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in ambiguous situations.
5. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Projects) is a plus.
