Acquisition of LAGO customer for all branches in the designated customer through cross-sell to existing branch customer as well as open market sourcing
Position Responsibilities
Sales
Achieving sales targets for assigned branches.
Sales calling on existing bank customer for LAGO.
Lead generation through branch
Catchment visibility campaigns to create product awareness.
Support
Co-ordination with Branch Appraiser
Assisting branch for delinquent customer.
Qualifications and Experience Requirement
Qualifications
Essential Graduate
- Existing employees from Pvt Banks/NBFC will be preferred.
Threshold Competencies
- Prior experience of working on a sales role in Retail Loans (preferably in Gold Loans )
- Well versed with local geographical market, property market & small businesses in and around the territory.
- Adequate written & verbal communication and well verse with local language to engage with customer.
