Key Responsibilities

- Resin Product Development

Lead development of recent resin-based products aligned with market requirements and business strategy. Design, formulate, evaluate, and validate resin systems for construction chemical applications.
- Product Upgradation & Cost Optimization

Improve existing products for enhanced performance, durability, application properties, and customer satisfaction. Optimize formulations and raw materials to reduce cost without compromising quality or performance.
- Process Optimization

Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, batch consistency, quality, and efficiency. Establish and standardize critical process parameters and controls.
- New Product Development

Execute Stage-Gate NPD activities,



including project planning, laboratory trials, pilot trials, and commercial validation. Coordinate with Product Management, Procurement, Production, Quality, and Marketing for timely commercialization.
- Customer Complaint Handling

Lead technical investigations, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and CAPA for resin-related complaints. Implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Manufacturing & Plant QC Support

Provide technical support for production trials, process validation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement to all Weber Plants.
