As we continue to strengthen our Commercial function, we are looking for a Quantity Surveyor – Civil & Interiors with 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the corporate interior fit-out industry. This is a hands-on commercial role with responsibility across the project lifecycle, from estimation and tendering to cost control, billing, variations, and final account closure.

- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, estimates and BOQs for civil and interior works, including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, finishes, civil modifications, and related packages.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, cost plans and design-stage estimates, while identifying opportunities for value engineering without compromising design intent or quality.
- Support the complete tendering and procurement process, including vendor and subcontractor enquiries, technical and commercial comparisons, negotiations, and commercial recommendations.
- Verify and certify RA bills, measurements, quantities and work progress in coordination with project and site teams.




- Manage variations, change orders, additional works and commercial claims, ensuring proper documentation and timely commercial closure.
- Monitor committed and actual project expenditure against budgets and prepare monthly cost reports, forecasts and cost-to-complete assessments.
- Track material consumption, wastage and site reconciliation and highlight potential cost overruns and commercial risks early.
- Support project final accounts and commercial closure, including reconciliation with subcontractors and suppliers.

- Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- 2–5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably in corporate interiors, workplace fit-outs or Design & Build projects
- Strong understanding of BOQs, estimation, rate analysis, billing, contracts, variations and project cost control
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings
- Good numerical, analytical and negotiation skills
- Commercially aware, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a rapid-paced project environment
