Position: Quality Supervisor

Location: Zaroli - Vapi

Experience: 2 - 3 Years

Industries: Automobile

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and control the painting process.
- Conduct in-process and final inspections of painted parts.
- Identify and resolve paint defects (Dust, Lint, Orange Peel, Cissing, Run Down, etc.).
- Maintain daily rejection and rework data.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Apply root cause analysis to eliminate recurring issues.
- Guide and train inspectors to strengthen quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with 5S and safety practices.
- Conduct product and process audits.
- Track and improve PPM (Parts Per Million) performance.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Maintain accurate quality documentation.

Required Qualification: Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Plastic/Mechanical
