Duty Hours : 8 Hours + Canteen +Provide Travel Allowance

Key Responsibilities

- Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.

- Ensure product quality standards are maintained for diesel generator sets and related components.

- Handle quality documentation, inspection reports, and check sheets.

- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).





- Coordinate with production and vendor teams for quality improvement activities.

- Monitor rejection, rework, and customer complaints and take corrective measures.

- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.

- Maintain ISO/quality system documentation and compliance.

- Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of mechanical inspection processes

- Understanding of fabrication/machining quality standards

- Ability to read engineering drawings

- Knowledge of quality tools and documentation

- Good communication and problem-solving skills
