About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled professional to join Uppteam as a Quality Control Reviewer for design and construction drawings. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and coordination of architectural and consultant drawings throughout the project lifecycle.

This position requires a deep understanding of construction documentation, industry standards, and interdisciplinary coordination processes. The ideal candidate will utilize industry-standard QC practices and tools to identify discrepancies, rectify errors, and maintain high-quality standards across all project phases. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to complex projects, enhance quality assurance processes, and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project excellence.

Qualifications

- A degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience in reviewing construction drawings, quality control,



and interdisciplinary coordination within the architecture, engineering, and construction sectors.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools, and other relevant design and documentation platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Thorough knowledge of construction standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

- Review and interpret US Construction Document Sets (CD sets) to ensure comprehensive understanding and compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct detailed checks of architectural, structural, and MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) drawings to verify design integrity, accuracy, and completeness.
- Identify missed elements, inconsistencies, or discrepancies within drawings and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Utilize comprehensive QC checklists to ensure all design components meet project standards and quality criteria.
- Verify interdisciplinary coordination among architectural, structural, and MEPF drawings, employing overlay techniques or BIM clash detection tools to identify and resolve conflicts.
- Collaborate closely with design teams, consultants, and contractors to facilitate smooth communication and ensure alignment with project goals.




- Maintain detailed documentation of review processes, issues identified, and resolutions implemented for quality assurance records.
- Participate in project meetings to communicate quality control findings and recommend corrective actions as needed.
- Stay updated with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory changes to continuously improve review processes.
