Plantex Agro Industries Private Limited is looking for an experienced and hands-on Quality Control professional to join our team at Mahape, Navi Mumbai.

Experience: 2+ years in Quality Control, preferably in a flavour company.

Role: Ensure that every raw material, intermediate and finished flavour meets defined sensory, physical, chemical and documentation standards before being released.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect and approve incoming raw materials as per defined specifications.
- Conduct in-process and finished product QC and ensure consistent product quality.
- Carry out sensory evaluation and basic physical/chemical analysis of raw materials and flavours.
- Manage product specifications, COAs, test reports and QC documentation.
- Conduct stability studies and maintain retention samples.
- Develop and maintain QC SOPs, testing methods and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Production,



R&D;, Sales and external laboratories on quality-related matters.
- Identify deviations, investigate root causes and support corrective and preventive actions.

What we’re looking for:

- Robust understanding of QC processes in the flavour industry.
- Good sensory evaluation skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of basic analytical and physical testing of flavours.
- Ability to independently manage RM, in-process and finished product QC.
- Ability to establish and maintain QC systems, SOPs and standards.
