Your responsibilities

- Responsible for to do all activity related to Standard room.
- Maintain all the records of Instrument, Testing equipment’s, calibration as per the defined procedures in accordance with Quality Management System requirement.
- Well practice of Roughness tester, Hardness tester, Comparator gauges, Contour etc
- To Operate CMM
- Responsible for to do in process & Final inspection of bearing.
- Training to shop floor employees to make them skilled.
- GD&T; Knowledge, Drawing understanding, preparation of gauges.
- Relevant experience in the bearing industries.
- Knowledge of Raw material, machining, Grinding, sheet metal.
- Basic Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001& ISO45001.




- Should be conversant with MS Office and working experience with any ERP/Fact systems.
- Monitor and analyse product specifications to identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible for Handling customer requirements

Education Qualification

1. Tech /B. E in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

4 to 6 years’ experience in bearing industry and work with aerospace & defence customer.
