Job Summary

As a QA Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and overall quality of our e-learning and digital learning deliverables. Every course, module, and assessment represents our brand and directly impacts the learner and client experience.

You will be responsible for reviewing content for linguistic accuracy, clarity, consistency, grammar, and adherence to quality standards—identifying errors and inconsistencies that may otherwise go unnoticed. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong command of English, a passion for language, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work where accuracy is non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities

- Language & Content Review: Review e-learning content — courses, modules, and digital learning assets — for grammar, spelling, punctuation, sentence structure, and overall language accuracy.
- Consistency: Check terminology, tone, voice, and formatting across a project, and across projects for the same client, so content reads as one coherent product rather than disconnected pieces.
- Multi-Format Review: Review scripts, storyboards, assessments, knowledge checks, and on-screen text at each stage of development, from first draft through final build.
- Content Integrity:

Flag factual errors, logical gaps, and inconsistencies between content, visuals, narration, and interactivity before they reach the learner.
- Standards Compliance: Apply QA checklists, internal style guides, and client-specific guidelines consistently, and know when a deviation needs to be escalated rather than assumed.
- Feedback: Give actionable feedback, not just a list of what's wrong, but why it matters and how to fix it.
- Verification: Run multiple rounds of quality checks across the content lifecycle and confirm that corrections have actually been implemented before sign-off.
- Documentation: Maintain QA logs, error trackers, and review documentation that give the team visibility into recurring issues and overall content health.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to refining QA checklists, templates, and workflows based on patterns observed across projects.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English or a related field.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong grammar, proofreading, editing, and comprehension skills.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in QA, proofreading, editing, content quality, e-learning, publishing, or a similar field.

Required Skills

- Attention to detail — the ability to spot what others read past.
- Analytical thinking — tracing an error back to its root cause, not just flagging the symptom.
- Proofreading and editing, at both the sentence level and the document level.
- Time management across multiple concurrent projects and review cycles.
- Comfort working across multiple projects and deadlines without a drop in review quality.

Tools & Platforms

- Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for content review, tracked changes, and reporting.
- PDF review and annotation tools such as Adobe Acrobat.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, iSpring, or similar) is an advantage.

Preferred Experience

Prior exposure to e-learning, instructional design, digital learning content, corporate training, or content development is a solid advantage.
