ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Completes assigned quality assurance audit reviews timely per assignment and in line with SLA.

- Works to identify key risks in the assigned area and escalates concerns to their supervisor.
- Provide feedback to supervisor on success and failures identified during the Quality Assurance process.
- Reports any training needs or opportunities to management.
- Provide procedures and address issues that may hinder accuracy, timeliness and/or deadlines.
- Ensure regulatory and operational compliance for loans reviewed.
- Responsive to internal and external customer needs in a timely, accurate and professional manner. QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL SKILLSETS: • 2-4 years’ experience in operations, operational risk, or risk management; US or any region mortgage servicing experience preferred.
- Any experience in Loss mitigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy and underwriting is beneficial • Any experience in working with SagentMSPLoanSphere (BKFS)



is good to have • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in a related discipline such as Business, Public Policy, Communications, or Public Relations.
- Excellent communication skills across multiple stakeholder levels, both internally and customer-facing.
