UAVGarage Private Limited is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our Procurement Team in Navi Mumbai .

? Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / MBA (Preferred)
? Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra

? What You’ll Do
- Manage the procurement cycle from PR to PO
- Source and develop domestic & international vendors
- Compare quotations and negotiate pricing & commercial terms
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, warehouse and quality teams
- Maintain purchase records, POs, quotations and vendor databases
- Monitor inventory and prevent stock shortages
- Evaluate vendor performance and support cost optimization
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Service, R&D; and Finance teams
? What We’re Looking For
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Valuable communication and documentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel — VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables & basic formulas
- Knowledge of ERP/inventory management software
- Understanding of electronics, drone components, batteries, connectors and communication equipment
- Ability to manage multiple procurement activities in a fast-paced environment
