Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Proposal Engineer role based in Noida.

The Proposal

Engineer will be responsible for preparing and writing technical and commercial proposals for industrial and infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and AEEPL’s engineering standards. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing tender documents, coordinating with engineering, sales, and procurement teams to gather technical and pricing inputs, and developing complete proposal packages with clear scope, costing, and schedules. The role involves supporting sales initiatives through technical clarifications, participating in client meetings and presentations,



and maintaining accurate proposal documentation and databases.

The Proposal

Engineer will also contribute to process improvements, assist in bid strategy discussions, and help ensure timely, high-quality submissions that enhance the company’s competitiveness.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Proposal Preparation and Proposal Writing skills, including the ability to interpret tender documents and create structured technical and commercial offers.
- Candidates should possess Electrical Engineering knowledge, with the ability to understand and specify industrial electrical systems, equipment, and project requirements.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, such as client communication, basic negotiation support, and collaboration with business development teams.
- Candidates should possess Procurement-related skills, including coordinating with vendors, obtaining quotations, and supporting cost estimation and budgeting.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related engineering discipline; experience in proposals, EPC, or project engineering environments is preferred.
- Beneficial skills include proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word), attention to detail, strong analytical and numerical abilities, and clear written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple proposals under deadlines, collaborate across cross-functional teams, and maintain a professional, client-focused approach.
