- Job Title: Property Sourcing Executive / Sales Executive
- Location Options: Andheri East, South Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai
- Employment Status: Full-time
- Working Hours: Fixed Sundays off with alternate Saturdays off (2nd and 4th)
Core Responsibilities
- Sourcing and Verification: Locate and validate prime commercial offices, retail spaces, and industrial real estate across Mumbai.
- Field Data Collection: Gather property data through active on-site visits and digital research.
- CRM Management: Document and update property logs and client interactions systematically inside the CRM platform.
- Sales and Leasing: Drive transactions by selling and leasing premium spaces to corporate organizations and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs).
- Client Advisory: Match available real estate inventory with corporate client demands to close deals smoothly.
- Network Building: Maintain functional working relationships with landlords, real estate developers, and local brokers.
Candidate Requirements
- Transportation: Ownership of a two-wheeler vehicle along with a valid driving license is mandatory.
- Mobility:
Absolute willingness to travel across various sectors of Mumbai daily.
- Education: Open to both undergraduate and graduate degree holders.
- Experience: A minimum of 6 months of professional experience in any domain is preferred.
- Communication: Functional verbal and written English communication skills.
