About the Role

R&Co; Associates is looking for an experienced Project Manager with solid hands-on experience in textile and jewellery showroom projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initial planning through execution and final handover, ensuring timely completion, quality execution, and effective coordination between all teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete textile and jewellery showroom interior projects from start to handover.
- Plan project schedules, milestones, manpower, materials, and execution activities.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, architects, site supervisors, contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure work is executed according to approved designs and drawings.
- Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline, budget, and quality standards.
- Review and coordinate architectural, interior, electrical, lighting, HVAC, ceiling, flooring, furniture, and finishing works.
- Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely delivery to project sites.
- Monitor workmanship, materials, and finishing quality.
- Identify site issues and provide quick and practical solutions.
- Manage multiple project teams and ensure proper allocation of manpower.
- Conduct regular site inspections and project progress meetings.
- Track project costs, variations, additional works, and material requirements.
- Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to management.
- Coordinate snagging, rectification, and final project handover.
- Maintain proper project documentation and records.




- Handle client requirements and ensure effective communication throughout the project.

Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 0-3 years of experience in project management.
- Mandatory experience in TEXTILE and JEWELLERY showroom projects.
- Candidates should have hands-on experience managing retail showroom interior fit-out and execution projects.
- Strong knowledge of showroom construction and interior execution.
- Experience coordinating civil, electrical, lighting, HVAC, furniture, ceiling, flooring, glass, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand architectural, interior, electrical, and working drawings.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, procurement, and site management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites when required.
