Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – SAP Integration Suite / CPI to lead and manage SAP integration projects, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines, scope, quality, and budget. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on knowledge of SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) / SAP Integration Suite along with proven project management and stakeholder management experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP integration projects using SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration (CPI).
- Plan, manage, and monitor project scope, timelines, deliverables, resources, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, vendors, and clients.
- Drive project planning, status tracking, risk management, issue resolution, and change management.
- Oversee the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of SAP integration solutions.
- Ensure integration deliverables meet business, technical, security, and quality requirements.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, escalations, and mitigation plans.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders and leadership.
- Work closely with SAP functional and technical teams to resolve integration-related challenges.
- Ensure adherence to project governance, processes, documentation, and delivery standards.
- Support resource planning, allocation, and performance tracking across project teams.




- Facilitate communication between onsite/offshore teams and ensure smooth delivery across the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- 5+ years of experience with SAP CPI / SAP Cloud Integration / SAP Integration Suite.
- 2+ years of project management experience in SAP or enterprise integration projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP integration architecture and integration patterns.
- Experience managing integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Good understanding of APIs, REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, SFTP, and other integration technologies.
- Experience with SAP Integration Suite components such as Cloud Integration, API Management, and related integration capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, processes, and tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP Integration Suite / CPI certification is a plus.
- Experience working with global teams and distributed delivery models.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum or hybrid project environments.
- Strong experience in client-facing project management and executive reporting.
