We are looking for a SDLC project manager cum Scrum Master who can lead and coordinate software development projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing software projects, as well as ensuring that they meet quality, scope, budget, and schedule requirements.

To be successful as a Project manager, you should have excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. You should also have a solid understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices. You should be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders, and deliver software solutions that meet their needs and expectations.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES The candidate is expected to deliver below responsibilities.

1. - Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
2. - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk logs.
3. - Assign and manage tasks and resources for software development teams.
4. - Monitor and track project progress, quality, and performance.
5. - Communicate project status, issues, and risks to project stakeholders and senior management.
6. - Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and budget.
7. - Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
8.



- Ensure that software projects comply with quality standards and regulations.
9. - Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions.
10. - Deliver software products that meet customer requirements and satisfaction.

- Familiarity with software development tools and platforms (e.g., Git, Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Solid project management skills, including planning, organizing, prioritizing, and multitasking.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to lead and motivate software development teams.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus.
