Role & responsibilities

1. Plan and supervise day-to-day construction activities at site.

2. Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and schedule.

3. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors and site teams.

4. Monitor project progress, manpower, materials and equipment.

5. Review drawings, BOQ, quantities and technical requirements.

6. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

7. Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.

8. Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.

9. Monitor project timelines and productivity.

10. Support the Project Manager in planning, execution and overall project coordination.

Preferred candidate profile

- 1524 years of relevant experience in construction/project execution.

- Strong experience in project planning, site execution and team management.

- Positive knowledge of drawings, BOQ, quality, safety and project coordination.

- Proven ability to manage contractors, subcontractors, manpower and project schedules.

- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
