About the Role

NS Ventures is looking for a Project Manager cum Coordinator to manage and coordinate drone shoots for real estate projects across India.

The role involves coordinating between drone pilots, video editors, and internal teams, managing project schedules, supporting shoot planning, tracking deliverables, and ensuring projects are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, schedule, and coordinate drone shoots for real estate projects.
- Coordinate between drone pilots, video editors, and internal teams.
- Prepare and maintain shoot schedules, project timelines, and delivery trackers.
- Support storyboarding and shot planning for drone and property videos.
- Coordinate shoot requirements, including schedules, locations, and other relevant details.
- Track projects from shoot planning and execution through final video delivery.
- Coordinate with video editors regarding post-production timelines and revisions.
- Monitor project progress and follow up on pending tasks and deliverables.
- Coordinate with drone pilots and vendors across different cities in India.
- Identify and onboard suitable drone pilots as required.
- Maintain an updated database of drone pilots and vendors.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and regular status updates.
- Identify potential delays or operational issues and communicate them to the relevant team.




- Provide regular project updates to management.
- Ensure smooth coordination between teams working across different locations.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, media coordination, or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong planning, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with creative, technical, and operational teams.
- Basic understanding of drone shoots, videography, or video production.
- Experience in media, operations, real estate, or creative projects is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, spreadsheets, or project tracking tools.
- Ability to coordinate with people and vendors across different cities.
- Robust follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel or coordinate with teams across India when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
