Company Description ENSEMBLEE is a national award-winning multidisciplinary boutique design practice with headquarters in Bengaluru and branch offices in Calicut and Muscat. The studio focuses on environmentally conscious, smart, and efficient living solutions across architecture, interiors, and master planning. With over 25 years of experience and more than 450 signature projects in India and overseas, Ensemblee works on townships, educational campuses, hospitality, corporate offices, industrial and IT buildings, residential projects, and eco-friendly developments.

The practice collaborates with international architecture firms from the UK and Singapore and leverages specialist MEP and structural consultants with global experience, including BIM capabilities. A team of passionate architects and designers uses global research and insights, especially for future-ready educational campuses, helping clients enhance sustainability and reduce operational costs.

Role Description The Project Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for leading architectural projects from concept through completion. The role includes developing design solutions, preparing detailed drawings and documentation, coordinating submittals, and ensuring compliance with local codes, standards, and sustainability goals.

The Project

Architect will collaborate closely with clients, internal design teams, and external consultants, including structural, MEP, and international partners, to align design intent with project requirements and timelines. Daily responsibilities include managing project schedules, overseeing BIM models, participating in design reviews,



and supporting construction administration activities such as RFIs, site visits, and quality checks. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, contributing to design innovation, and maintaining high standards of technical accuracy and environmental responsiveness.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Architecture skills, including conceptual design, detailed design, construction documentation, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
- Candidates should possess Submittals-related skills, including preparation, review, and tracking of drawings, specifications, approvals, and regulatory documentation.
- Candidates should possess Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills, including model creation, clash detection, and collaboration with consultants using BIM platforms.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) or similar green building standards, supporting sustainable and energy-efficient design.
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent) from an accredited institution; professional registration/licensure is an advantage.
- Proficiency in relevant design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and strong visual and technical communication skills.
- Experience in institutional, residential, commercial, or campus-scale projects, preferably with exposure to international or team-oriented project environments.
