Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Silvassa

Experience: Fresher to 8 Years

Qualification: 12th / Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Mechanical or Electrical

Key Responsibilities

- Machine operation and production process handling
- Die changes and machine setup
- Quality inspection of products
- Process adjustments to maintain quality and productivity
- Monitor production activities and achieve daily targets
- Follow safety procedures, SOPs, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams
- Maintain production records and report process issues

Required Job Knowledge: Machine Operation, Die Changes, Quality Inspection, Process Adjustments, Safety & Compliance. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
