Responsibilities:

Responsible for

- Preparation of pending order list.
- Preparation of manufacturing schedule
- Preparation of Bill Material.
- Issue production plan in coordination with Sales & Production.
- To plan production facilities in the best possible manner along with the proper systematic planning of production activities.
- Raw material planning & procurement.
- Checking Machining schedules with In-house/Vendors, Procurement of

Bought outs with Purchase Dept.

- Involves cost estimation, work measurement, subcontracting, capacity planning and demand forecasting etc
- External and internal Audit activities

Requisite Skills

- Proven track record in Production department. It must include 5 years of

“on the floor” supervisory experience.

- Production Scheduling & Machine Planning.
- Ability to communicate & manage with TPI audit team.
- Working knowledge of ERP & MS – Office
